The Swap Shop initiative lets everybody win!  Giving away your unwanted clothes and accessories means you can organize your wardrobe without feeling guilty about the waste, while the recipient gets stylish clothes for free.

It is a means of saving the environment, decreasing the community’s carbon footprint.  Reducing consumption levels by swap shopping significantly helps to divert waste from landfill, and reduces the demand for garments produced in sweatshops around the globe..

To take part in the Swap shop venue please bring with you minimum 3 pieces of clothing or accessories.

Where: Nexus Cafe When: 24.09.10  Doors open 5pm - clothes drop off 5 - 5.30pm,  5.45pm: Start swapping!

Please note that disabled access is via the Methodist Church on Oldham Street.
