Sust Swap Shop returns on the 14th April. The collaboration between Action for Sustainable Living, Manchester Friends of the Earth and the Make Trade Fair Society at Manchester University has been running regularly since last October with each event gaining in popularity. Urban Gardening explores what some people argue is Britain’s finest contribution to the visual arts and certainly the nations most absorbing pastime. The impact of climate change and issues of sustainability will run through the exhibition, tackling the effects of urban sprawl on the ecology of our cities.
