Due to the impressive turn out of volunteers at our last social, we have decided to hold our next one at the Hillary Step again. Hopefully the sun will be shining and the ales tasty!

Fancy some fresh air and free refreshments? We're looking for about 20
volunteers to come down to the Lost Plot on Sunday 26 July to help us
put the finishing touches to our clay oven and set up our new
polytunnel.
We'll be down on site at the Southern Allotments from 11.00am on Sunday
26 July and no previous experience is necessary. So, if you like to
have a mud pedicure or hone your decorative art skills opt for the clay
oven workshop or if you're after a bit of digging or are tall enough to
help pull on the polytunnel cover, sign up for the polytunnel
workshop.
Please come down to Tangmere court for a day of digging and planting. There will be plenty to do and getting your hands dirty is a likelihood!
Please get in touch if you fancy coming down to lend a hand or give advise on how the plot can grow and improve. We're still in the early stages of developing the veg patches and everyone is welcome to get involve.

Dead Rats will be hosting a free Bicycle Clinic in Chorlton on the evening of Thursday the 30th July at Proof Bar on Manchester Road. So if you have a poorly bike, bring it down and we will either fix it there and then or advise you on what to do - free of charge. If you can't make it down with your bike, why not come and discuss the problem? BIKE FRIDAY - LAUNCH
