An informative and challenging day school by researchers from the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research at the University of Manchester giving an overview of climate change science including its use (and non-use) in public and corporate policy and an opportunity for discussion:
- which causes more global warming: UK cows or UK aviation?
- what level of warming are we heading for at the end of this century?
- how effective is carbon trading?
- what should you look for in a carbon label?
