Hello, as Local Project Manager for Chorlton I aim to be a point of contact for anyone with an idea for how to improve the local community. Chorlton has a rich history in progressive ideas sustainable innovation, one that its residents can feel proud of. If anybody out there has the desire to make positive changes to Chorlton environmentally, socially, or economically, knowing how to go about making these changes need not be a barrier to get in touch. Please feel free to contact me if you would like information on simple actions you can make to your lifestyle to live more sustainably, and if you already have an idea to benefit Chorlton, even better!
Action for Sustainable Living can share certain resources and connect people to come together to make a real and lasting contribution to their community. As my personal project (to get more local people interested and involved in beekeeping and providing locally produced honey to Chorlton) is a long-term one, I would love to hear of any other project ideas that may be out there if you would like to be affiliated with Action for Sustainable Living.
