Our former Local Project Manager for Hale, Mike Davis is busy lining up a series of talks at churches - aiming to enthuse and inspire congregations across Altrincham to live more sustainably!In the run up to the Copenhagen Summit, there has been a good deal of media coverage regarding climate change and its consequences. There has also been a significant response from some parts of the Christian church with prominent church leaders taking a significant role. Although caring for creation is a biblically-based responsibility for Christians, there is a danger that this response may remain as just words and not translate into actions.If you know a church in the extended Altricnham area (Timperley, Broadheath, Bowden etc) that might like Mike or another volunteer from the Energy Academy coming along one Sunday then let us know.You can e-mail Mike or Tony from the links below.
