The Swap Shop is a simply way of reusing old clothes, which we believe makes sense to the environment and financially too. The event is a collaboration between Action for Sustainable Living (AfSL), Manchester City Council (MCC) and The Learning, Skills and Employment Network (LSEN).
DID YOU KNOW...that it is great if you pass on your clothes to a charity shop, but you can do more by actually reusing second-hand clothes. An issues for British charity shops is that only 10-20 percent of their clothes are actually resold in the UK.
ALL are welcome.
