It will cover models and principles of negotiation and give you the opportunity to practise and develop your own processes, skills and techniques for successful negotiation that benefits all parties concerned. It will allow you to explore your own situation and identify how you might change or adapt your approach. This event will be of particular benefit to those who struggle to negotiate effectively and/or find influencing others and gaining support difficult. It will also be particularly relevant for those situations where there is a power imbalance in the negotiation relationship such as in negotiations with your manager or your funder.
