AfSL volunteers and Hulme Food Group members worked together with the Zion Community Centre to put on a Food & Health day. As well as a delicious free lunch, healthy smoothies and a chocolate fountain; attendees were offered free massage, laughter therapy workshops and more - all to help brush those winter blues away. |
