I've added the Web File Manager module to the site so that files can be made available for the LPMs online.
I created a root of Secure Data Store.
This is visible to staff and trustees. Inside that is a folder LPM_Data
This is visible to LPMs
The LPMs can only search, navigate and download.
Staff can navigate and upload up to 2Mb files. And can administer the file tree.
Trustees can navigate and upload 1 Mb files.
LPMs don't even see that the Secure Data Store folder is there so that could be used that for AfSL specific files.
I didn't have a list of open office files types. They need adding to the list of allowed upload types.
If anyone has trouble uploading anything they should check with a word doc and if that works then it is most likely the file type is not yet permitted.
