AfSL is looking for volunteers in Trafford throughout September 2010. If you're passionate about sustainability and want to create a real, positive impact in your community please call us now on 0161 237 3357 or email trafford@afsl.org.uk.

Trafford Council in partnership with Action for Sustainable Living wants to make Trafford a cleaner, greener more sustainable place to live in.

Altrincham, Sale, Stretford and Urmston are the major towns which together with their surrounding villages combine to make the Borough of Trafford. Bordering Salford in the North, Manchester in the Northwest and Cheshire in the South, Trafford is a borough of contrasts and diversity.

Trafford has a rich history and heritage of parks and greenspace, rooted in the local urban character and providing a stage for a wide range of activities which both reflect and define the local culture.

If you would like to get involved in Trafford and want to find out what you can do to support your community to live more sustainably, please contact either Tony Li or Kate Wels.
