Fallowfield

Debbie Rhind, Local Project Manager for Fallowfield

Debbie Rhind

I am the Local Project Manager for Fallowfield and my aim is to raise
awareness in my community about environmental issues and educate how we
can live more sustainably. I love the environment I live in and I want
to promote the need to make it last! My passion is local food and so I
want to encourage people and businesses in my area to source more
locally and grow their own! I am currently designing an allotment for a
green space in a new 'Eco Hub' so if anyone is interested in taking
part please get in touch.

Tom Baddeley, Local Project Manager for Fallowfield

Tom Baddeley

I am really interested in sustainability, which is what I am specialising in for my Geography BSc Degree at the University of Manchester. Fallowfield is the most student-populated part of the city, and the local residents have to put up with a lot. Working with both student and non-student volunteers will help to strengthen these relationships and show that students want to give back to the community.
