BIKE FRIDAY - LAUNCH
Whether you want to try cycling, you'rereturning to your bike after a break, or you cycle every day, join usat the launch of Bike Friday on 31st July. Help us to raise the profileof cycling amongst the public, the media and businesses.
The launch event will be taking place inAlbert Square, Manchester (map) at 8:30am. It will feature manyopportunities to promote cycling and learn more about it, including:
Please come down (either to Albert Square at 8:30, or join one of the rides at 8am).

THE BIKE FRIDAY RIDES
Rides takeplace on the morning of the last Friday of every month (exceptDecember). We ride at a moderate pace and have experienced rideleaders. It is entirely law-abiding - we do not try to slow down thetraffic.

Stretford Arndale to Albert Square
Meet outside McDonalds at 8:00am. If it is more convenient you can jointhe ride on route anywhere along the A56 (after 8:10am approx.).
Chorlton Library to Albert Square
Meet outside Chorlton Library (8.05am) or join the ride anywhere on Upper Chorlton Road (after approx. 8.10am).
Withington to Albert Square
Meetoutside Withington Library at 8:00am and then progressing alongWilmslow/Oxford Road, passing Fallowfield Sainsburys (approx. 8:10am)and then Whitworth Park (approx. 8:20am).
Prestwich to Albert Square
Meetoutside Pizza Express on the Bury New Road where it meets Scholes Laneat 8:00am. The route runs straight down Bury New Road so you can joinus en route.
