Sarah Irving

I joined AfSL in September 2009 as Office Manager. My role is to support the staff and volunteers and generally keep everything flowing.

I have always had a keen interest in the environement and all things green. My interest has increased over the years and has featured heavily within my artwork and creative studies, by reusing and manipulating daily objects and knitting them into something new (amongst other things!) I also make Morsbags (Sociable Guerilla Bagging) and you will often find me giving my made bags to the unexpecting around Manchester!

In addition to my crafty side, I love to work in the garden and grow my own fruit an veg, making my own compost and creating my own recycled garden - and of course a bit of seedbombing.
