If yes, please provide details below. It is important to tell us about any unspent convictions. Convictions are only considered when it is possible that they may effect your suitability for the role you have applied for. We will always try to find a suitable role for you.

The roles of Schools Volunteer, Local Project Manager and Volunteer Mentor are exempt (excused) from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, if applying for any of the exempted roles please also declare any spent convictions
